Yesterday was “Fat Tuesday” and you might have indulged a little but too much. If you did, restart today! Forgive your choices, speak to yourself kindly and make better choices today. It’s a brand new day, give it your best shot! I know for me it’s hard to get over the bad food choices I’ve mad but it’s truly a nicer world when I just forgive and let it go. Keep moving and don’t waste a day beating yourself up. How will you make today better than yesterday?
Do something for yourself today! Dress up…take the time to pamper yourself and feel good about it! Sometimes it’s hard to make the time to put makeup on or do your hair…I prefer being makeup less and my hair in a bun actually! But when you look good (extra effort in your appearance) you tend to feel good too! ❤️ Every once in a while doesn’t hurt anyone. 😁 💅💄💋

Once upon a time I lost 75lbs….I worked really hard to keep losing but for some reason I couldn’t get under it. I worked harder, ate more, ate less, worked out less and nothing. This is when frustration came in! My problem area has always been my midsection and I worked extra hard to lose belly fat. Nothing seemed to work! I didn’t give up though, I experimented and kept going.
I don’t know if you can tell but I’m just above 5 feet tall. Weight shows differently on me and that was even more frustrating. As soon as I was able to order the 21 Day Fix program I jumped at the chance! I knew I had to try something else to get to a healthier, more fit me! Now that I have completed it I have to sing it’s praises. The color coded containers and ease have totally transformed my life. I now know what I was doing wrong! I even lost a total of 15 lbs by just following instructions and pushing play everyday!
I show you this even though it causes me a ton of nervousness but I need to do it anyway. If this can help anyone out there I am willing to put myself out there.
