I have been doing a lot of running (for me 5-10 miles a week is a lot.) And I am also lifting heavier, which left my body feeling TIGHT. PiYo was exactly what I needed and wanted….but I didn’t want to do it! I did do it anyway and felt so grateful when I was done. Have you ever put off working out, only to feel amazing when you finally got it done? 💪😉👍❤️🏃👟👙👣

Look at us all sweaty! ❤️😁👍 Did over 5 miles this morning with 2 amazing friends, which brought on a lot of laughs and good music! 😍 I am so blessed to have these girls in my life….I took my @brooksrunning shoes out for a spin and my feet are so very happy!
